Welcome to Upgyan (The Institute of Creative Skills). By enrolling in our courses or using our website www.upgyan.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

  • To enroll in our Graphic Design or Digital Marketing mentorship, the student must provide accurate personal and educational details.
  • Admission is subject to seat availability and the successful completion of the registration process.
  • Upgyan reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual without providing a specific reason.

2. Course Curriculum and Updates

  • The curriculum for the Advanced Digital Marketing Course and Graphic Design with AI Tools is designed according to current industry standards.
  • Upgyan reserves the right to update, modify, or change course modules, software tools, or mentors to ensure the highest quality of education without prior notice.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Students agree to pay the total course fee as per the agreed-upon schedule (Lump sum or Installments).
  • Late Fees: Failure to pay installments by the due date may result in a late fee penalty or temporary suspension from classes.
  • All payments are subject to our Refund Policy, which states that fees are non-refundable after enrollment following a demo session.

4. Attendance and Conduct

  • A minimum of 80% attendance is required to be eligible for the final certification and placement assistance.
  • Students are expected to maintain professional decorum. Any form of harassment, digital piracy, or damage to institute property (offline or online) will lead to immediate termination of enrollment without a refund.
  • Recording of live classes or sharing LMS (Learning Management System) credentials with outsiders is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All study materials, videos, and resources provided by Upgyan are the intellectual property of the institute.
  • Students may use these materials for personal learning only. Redirection, reselling, or public distribution of Upgyan’s content is a legal offense.
  • Student Work: Upgyan reserves the right to showcase projects, designs, or success stories created by students during the course for marketing and promotional purposes.

6. Placement Assistance

  • Upgyan provides 100% Placement Assistance, which includes portfolio building, resume workshops, and interview scheduling.
  • While we provide the platform and opportunities, a job offer depends entirely on the student’s performance, skills, and the recruiter’s decision. We do not “sell” or “guarantee” jobs without merit.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Upgyan is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the student’s personal hardware or internet connection during online sessions.
  • We are not liable for any third-party software changes (like Adobe or Google algorithm updates) that may affect specific marketing or design techniques taught in the course.

8. Termination

  • Upgyan may terminate a student’s access to classes and materials if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
  • In case of termination due to misconduct, no refund will be issued.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
